TD VEO - First Steps for Integration

If you are using TDA Veo for your Portfolio Management System, we have an integration that will help import client accounts into inStream. The integration allows inStream to update the account values on a daily basis which means tracking your client’s situation more accurately. In order to setup Veo, you have just a few simple steps:

  1. Print the Release of Information (ROI) form that is attached, and have the principal of the firm sign it.

  2. List all rep codes and user IDs on the signed form, and email it to us at support@instreamwealth.com or fax it to (703) 348-8523.

  3. TDA will contact us within 24-48 hours confirming the release of information, and we’ll get your Veo integration all set up.

  4. We’ll send you a confirmation email when it’s all done!

Important Note: Some user IDs can have more than one rep code. Please make sure that all user IDs and rep codes are hand written or typed onto the ROI form.  Failure to supply all the rep codes could delay the TDA Veo integration process.
