Mortgage Tax Savings Calculator

The Mortgage Tax Calculator shows the potential tax savings from purchasing points that will reduce your interest rate.

To begin, go to the Calculators tab, select Mortgage Tax Savings then click Add a Calculator.

Enter the name of the Mortgage Tax Calculator and click Add.

 Input all the information then click Calculate.

After clicking Calculate, a snapshot report of the results will display. Click View Output to get a full report on the analysis.

Click Download PDF to save or print the report.
